The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, commonly known as the CC&Rs, is a legal document that is filed with the county recorder's office and made a part of the official real estate records. Your CC&Rs cover the rights and obligations of the homeowners association to its members and vice versa. The goal of the CC&Rs is to protect, preserve, and enhance property values in the community.

The Bylaws define how the HOA will govern.  This includes how the Board is organized, the officers duties, and the frequency of meetings. 

 The Handbook includes Rules, Policies, and Procedures & is supplemental to the existing Declarations and Bylaws, clarifying how the restrictions in the CCRs will be enforced by the HOA.  These rules are updated by the Board of Directors periodically to address current issues and concerns.

• Collection and Covenant Violation Policy

​All residents of Fullerton Place are required to follow the HOA guidelines.  Note that if you are renting your home, your leasing company may have additional rules not specified here.
