What are the current fence guidelines?

Black metal, white vinyl, or wooden fencing with a maximum of five feet will be approved with an exception for homes that have backyards bordering HOA common ground such as: community walking paths, community pool/amenities, and grass areas or homes that border public roads (such as Poplar Tent). These homes can have up to 6 foot high fences.
Spacing between the pickets of all fencing shall not be less than one and on-half inches & all such pickets shall be installed on the exterior.
Prohibited - chain link, split rail, dog pens, etc. are not permitted. Fences are not permitted in the front yard and must tie into the home at the furthest back rear corners of the dwelling.

What are the rules regarding parking?

If an owner has more than two cars the owner MUST utilize the garage to store or park the additional vehicle(s) that are registered to occupants residing in the home.
In no case shall a resident or occupant of the home be allowed to park or store a vehicle on the street.
Personal vehicles parked in driveways may not extend into the sidewalk area.
Vehicles parked on the street may be towed at the owner's expense.
Exceptions can be made with HOA approval.

What are the neighborhood pet rules?

Pets must be on a leash and restrained whenever they are outside of a fence-in area of the community.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up any mess that a pet creates in Common Areas, or on any private property within Fullerton Place.
Owners are responsible for their animal’s actions and are solely liable for any provable damages.
Each home is limited to three (3) pets.
Animals may not be kept or bred for any commercial purposes.
Livestock or poultry of any kind shall not be raised, bred or kept on the properties in Fullerton Place.
Dogs may not be kept outside overnight.
